Field Trip
What a beautiful day to have a field trip! The sun was out, perfect temperature, and not a cloud in the sky. Mrs. Roberts got us lost in the corn maze! Thankfully Mrs.Griffin took charge and got us out. The class loved feeding the cows on the hayride and visiting the animals in the barn. Take a look at our fun day!

In Math, we are working on calendar skills, number sense, and number recognition. The class enjoyed sorting buttons into three groups by size, color, and shape. Students were encouraged to the see which group had the most and least amount.

Push & Pull!!!
Each group had a tray with different objects on it. They were asked to find the similarities and differences with these objects. |
We sorted our objects into three groups: things that can be pushed, things that can be pulled, and things that can be pushed and pulled. |
After discussing our findings, the next day we created a Venn Diagram to sort the objects into: Push and Pull. |
Final result!!! |
Our Venn Diagram before we sorted the objects. |
